Frank Thewes has released his new album "Peripheral Division". "Peripheral Division" is a full-band album of songs of modern and independent rock styles with classic traditional influences. Comparisons have been made to Pearl Jam, early Bruce Springsteen with a harder edge and Coldplay mixed with Metallica. The new album is being reviewed in press and is being promoted to college radio across the U.S. and Canada (contact your local college radio station to request music from "Peripheral Division"). Songs from "Peripheral Division" have been featured on XM Radio Channel 43 - XMU.

Frank's first full-length solo CD, “Starts With A Step” was released in June of 2004. “Starts With A Step” was Frank’s first official output. Dylan-esque overtones, a few tunings borrowed from the Nick Drake cannon, mild similarities to Eddie Vedder and Leonard Cohen and a subtle pop sensibility color the acoustic "Starts With A Step".

Frank’s CD "Starts With A Step" was featured on RadioIO.com Acoustic and on NPR’s “All Songs Considered – Open Mic” Episode 37. Frank’s music is available on Apple I-Tunes and other online retailers. Frank is represented by music attorney George Stein (attorney & manager for Jeff Buckley). Frank Thewes proudly plays
Martin Guitars.
